Veronica Petrella

Veronica is a Lawyer and Associate at SQ Law in Rome.

Her practice areas include civil and commercial claims, insurance cases, and private law matters. Veronica undertakes civil liability disputes and is also involved in the management of litigation arising from family law claims. She deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, including complex winding-up procedures, and has advised a large number of clients on labour law.

Prior to joining SQLaw, Veronica worked as senior associate with the boutique firm of the former president of BancoPosta Fondi S.p.A., Avv. Francesco Valsecchi. She also worked as Assistant Professor in the departments of Private and Family Law at University Roma Tre in Rome, Italy. For the law magazines: “Corriere del merito” and “Giurisprudenza Italiana” Veronica writes about the most recent Italian law sentences.

Veronica is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma (Rome Bar Association).
