Tuba Eryoruk Management assistant Tuba works since July 2007 for the SQ LAW Brussels office as management assistant. Tuba graduated in Secretariat - Languages. She speaks 4 languages : Dutch, French, English and Turkish. She completed her internships in a lawyers’ office in Malta. Her work mainly consists in performing a wide range of administrative tasks : answering phone calls and putting through with the requested associated, taking messages and managing questions and information demands. Typing letters, conclusions and reports, archiving files, contacting clients, classification, ordering and maintaining office articles. She also opens, classifies and distributes the incoming correspondence, including fax and email. |
