Ranieri joined the Rome office in May 2011.

He graduated in business law (LMG) at the University Carlo Cattaneo - LIUC - di Castellanza, and was trained at both the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires and the Arnhem Business School in Arnhem, the Netherlands. In 2010 he achieved the LL.M in International Business Law with distinction at Tilburg University (NL).

He was a research assistant and co-author (“Law and economics of shareholders rights and ownership structures”), and was trained at Deloitte, Rome.

Ranieri is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Caltanissetta.
