Niels is one of the founding partners of the Brussels office.

His practice areas include a variety of corporate and commercial claims for national and international clients. He deals with all aspects of contentious work in Belgium and abroad, although he is well known for his non-contentious approach as regards the outcome of many cases.

Niels is a member of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten bij de balie te Brussel.
