Luca Pagliaro

Partner

Luca is a partner and co-founder of SQ Law with over 15 years of international legal experience.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal defence work. His practice areas include white collar crimes and international fraud and insolvency. He undertakes major product liability work including management of complex multi-jurisdictional criminal proceedings. Luca represents insurers and manufacturers with regard to criminal aspects relating to defective products.

Before co-founding SQ Law, Luca was a member of the London firm Amhurst Brown Colombotti.

Luca is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma (Rome Bar Association), of the British Italian Law Association (BILA), of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Human Rights committee and he is registered as European lawyer with The Law Society of the United Kingdom.

Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court, 2013

Admitted to the Bar of Rome, 1998
