Eduardo Brandi

Eduardo joined the Rome office in 2012.

His practice areas include a variety of civil and commercial claims, debt recovery cases and human rights matters. He is deeply involved in management of litigation arising from insurance claims and deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, including fraud, and has advised a large number of clients on a variety of IT matters.

Eduardo practiced at the international law firms Trowers & Hamlins in London, UK and Brandi Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil.

His training includes: Debt Restructuring at the Investment Club Bocconi (ICB), 2011; Comparative Corporate Law, International Arbitration Law and International Corporate Finance at the University of Singapore, 2011.

Eduardo also co-operates with the Jesuits Refugee Center with regard to International Protection under the Geneva Convention.

Eduardo is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma (Rome Bar Association).
